Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

The rules for using the Ritualivity service at app.ritualivity.com. It is free, unfinished and offered as is.

About these terms #

These terms are an agreement between you and Strategic Virtus Global LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States (1207 Delaware Ave #3043, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States), who runs Ritualivity. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service is a work in progress #

Ritualivity is a daily planner that is still being built. Features may change, move or disappear, the service may be unavailable at times, and new accounts may be closed. We do our best to keep your data safe, but we promise no level of availability. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can export your data at any time.

Your account #

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Give a real e-mail address and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Turn on two-factor sign-in if you can, and tell us at polymedialabs@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use #

Do not use the service to:

  • break the law or store content you have no right to store;
  • attack, probe or overload it, get around its limits, or access other people's accounts or data;
  • send malware or spam through it, for example through shared workspaces.

Running your own copy of the software is welcome: that is what the open-source licence is for.

Your content #

What you put into Ritualivity stays yours. You allow us to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. Content in a workspace you share is visible to its members.

Other services #

When you connect Google Calendar or add a calendar feed, those services' own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

Open-source licence #

The Ritualivity software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The licence governs the code; these terms govern the hosted service we run.

Fees #

The service is free today. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will give notice first, and nothing will be charged to you without your explicit agreement.

Ending your use #

You can stop at any time: export your data, then delete your account in Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; backups expire within 14 days.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we decide to end the service, we will announce it in advance so you can export your data.

No warranty #

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability #

As the service is free and unfinished, to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, time or profits. We remain liable where the law does not allow a limitation, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms #

We post every change on this page with a new date at the top, and announce significant changes on this website before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

Governing law #

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
